Jessica has over 15 years of financial account management and public accounting experience. She is an Enrolled Agent. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Doane University in Nebraska.


Jessica specialized in tax preparation for individual tax payers as well as businesses over a wide variety of businesses. In addition to preparation, she also provides ongoing tax planning throughout the year. Her number one focus is the success of her clients and to make sure they all receive the close attention and analysis they deserve. Jessica does this through open communication with clients and understanding their exact needs.


Outside of a passion for working with her clients, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs camping, hiking, and loves being outdoors. She was born and raised in Nebraska, and has been in Colorado Springs for 10 years, loving the outdoor fun in the mountains!

Melissa Omans

Melissa has a great passion for knowing each and every client personally. With a strong background in accounting, bookkeeping and payroll, Melissa provides her clients expert advice, professionalism, responsiveness, and peace of mind.


Growing up in upstate New York, watching her parents work outside the home and still maintain a large farm, she understands the value of hard work. After retiring from the military, Melissa made the decision to move into the accounting industry. While pursuing her MBA in Accountancy she also worked as a college accounting tutor. That is where the true passion began. After graduating with honors, she began her career working at multiple accounting firms. Interacting with clients she found her true love, serving clients.


Deciding to open an accounting firm was the best way she could continue doing what she loved and the next logical step in her career progression. Melissa and her business partner have a diverse background in multiple industries and believe getting to know every client and providing exceptional accounting needs is the way they wanted to manage their firm.


Melissa's hand on approach and knowledge base gives clients the peace of mind that their organization is moving in the right financial direction. Her true passion is helping small businesses grow and succeed. Providing services from entrepreneurs to well established organizations Melissa believes all clients should be treated equally.
